Louise Spolding
Senior Myotherapist & Director

With more than 20 years of experience in Myotherapy, Louise graduated from the Australian College of Sports Therapy in Melbourne and has built a diverse and extensive career across both clinical and sporting environments.

Throughout her career, Louise has worked within elite Victorian day spas, VFL and local football clubs, and a variety of sporting events, alongside maintaining a successful private practice. She began her professional journey in Ballarat before relocating to Geelong with her husband over a decade ago, where she has continued to develop her expertise and establish strong relationships within the local community.

Louise treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including work-related muscle tension, postural dysfunction, sporting injuries, headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. She also has a special interest in women's health, particularly pre- and post-natal care. As a mother of three daughters, Louise understands the physical demands of pregnancy and motherhood and is passionate about providing safe, effective, and trusted care throughout every stage of a woman's journey.

After spending 15 years working alongside a highly respected team of allied health professionals, Louise embraced the opportunity to establish and lead her own clinic. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where clients receive personalised treatment and exceptional care.

Louise is committed to helping her clients restore optimal movement, reduce pain, and achieve long-term wellbeing. She looks forward to partnering with you on your health journey and ensuring you feel confident that your body is in experienced and caring hands.
